FAQs

Can I tour the facility?

Yes, of course! Call your preferred location to see when the best day and time would be, but generally, we’re slowest between 11 am and 3 pm and have the most flexibility to give you a full tour. You can always request a tour outside those hours, but there may be a small wait while we assist any clients in the lobby. We hope to see you soon!

What if my dog does not get along with other dogs?

That is fine! We understand not all dogs like to socialize with other dogs, and our services are set up to make these pets feel comfortable. Our boarding rooms are private, unlike other cage-free options. We also have private daycare services that only include your dog and our kennel technicians, providing them with exercise and one-on-one attention.

Does my dog or cat need to be vaccinated?

We require that all cats and dogs, unless otherwise specified by your vet, be up to date with their vaccinations. Click here to see our dog vaccine and cat vaccine requirements.

Can my dog participate in group play if it is not neutered or spayed?

If they are under 8 months, then yes, they can! Keep in mind that this is at the discretion of our camp counselors. If they display aggression, possession, or mounting behaviors consistent with unneutered or unspayed dogs, they may be transitioned to our private daycare services until they have been neutered or spayed. After this, we begin reintroducing them to our group play!

Can I bring my pet’s own food?

You may! Prepackage your pet’s food to avoid a small daily fee.

Can I bring toys, blankets, or my pet’s bed when they are boarded?

We understand that you may want to bring along familiar items to make your pet feel more at home during their stay with us. While we welcome these personal belongings, we kindly advise that we cannot assume liability for any lost or displaced items. Our team diligently cleans and maintains the rooms each morning, which involves the use of washers or dryers. Unfortunately, items can occasionally get mixed up or misplaced during this process. Because of this, we regret to inform you that we cannot replace or reimburse you for any toys or blankets that may go missing. To ensure the comfort of our furry guests, we provide pets with lifted cots and plush blankets in their room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests!

When can I drop my pet off for boarding?

You’re welcome to drop off your pets for boarding any time up to one hour before closing. Our drop-off hours are as follows: Monday thru Friday, from 7 am to 6 pm; Saturday, from 8 am to 4 pm; and Sunday, from 8 am to 3 pm. We look forward to seeing you!

When can I pick up my pet from boarding?

If you can and would like to avoid the late check-out fee, pick your pets up before 12 pm! However, if you are unable to pick them up before 12 pm, you are welcome to pick up your pets from boarding any time during our hours as follows: Monday thru Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm; Saturday, from 8 am to 5 pm; and Sunday, from 8 am to 4 pm.

Is there a way to avoid the late fee?

To avoid our late check-out fee, pick your pets up before 12 pm. If your pets need to stay with us past 12 pm, enrolling them in a full day of camp or tinytots, two private playtimes, or a full bath or grooming will waive the fee.

Do you have cameras that I can access from my phone or computer to see my pets?

While we understand the desire to check in on your furry, feathered, or scaley friends, we currently do not offer client-accessible cameras for viewing pets. However, our facility is equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety and security of all our guests. Rest assured; our team is dedicated to providing attentive care to your pet throughout their stay with us. If you have any questions or concerns about your pet’s stay, feel free to reach out to our staff, who will be more than happy to provide updates. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our services as we strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for your pet. Thank you for choosing us for your pet’s care!

Do you have different rates during the holidays?

Yes, we do. During holiday periods, we implement adjusted boarding rates for various factors. This includes holiday pay for our dedicated employees who ensure your pet’s well-being, as well as the need to hire additional staff to meet the increased demand for boarding services. Additionally, overtime costs are commonly incurred to ensure all pets receive the attention and care they deserve during these busy times. Thank you for your understanding and support! Please plan for this additional cost when boarding your pets with us during the holidays.
